Lee co-founded Saxony Blue in 2003, and brings over 40 years of Hair and Beauty experience to the team. She has created a Salon with a warm, friendly vibe, that is dedicated to personalised service and customer care. Passionate about all things hair, Lee is dedicated to lifelong learning and continues to upskill, empowering her team to do the same. Lee enjoys cutting, razoring, and colouring, to help you achieve your hair goals. Lee is focused on making sure you leave Saxony Blue feeling transformed and confident.

Rachael began her hairdressing journey in 2006 at Saxony Blue. After seven years as a lead stylist she left to operate her own salon on the Mornington Peninsula. After much success and extended leadership training, she returned to her roots as co-owner of Saxony Blue in 2020.

Known for her no fear attitude to hairdressing, Rachael has a passion for transformations and blondes. Both a modern lived in vibe and also classic foiling techniques. She is a Keune international Master Colourist and excels in weft hair extensions.

Rachael enjoys daily walks with her dog, exploring new restaurants and live music. She is always up for a laugh and is committed to making you feel welcome and comfortable in the salon.

Leia brings 16 years of experience in the hairdressing industry to Saxony Blue. She enjoys colour, cutting and styling, all while getting to know you.

Outside of the salon, she is a cat Mum and enjoys watching true crime documentaries with a hint of reality TV drama.

Following her passion for colour and further education, Leia is currently completing her Keune Master Colourist course.

Renee began her hairdressing journey over 30 years ago and has experience in all aspects of hairdressing. With expertise in men’s and women’s cuts, she is passionate about making her clients feel great and finds her profession extremely rewarding. Renee loves variation in her day and is excited to see you at Saxony Blue for cuts, colour and styling.
